Here are the new releases for Sept 6th 2016.

Just Sing
Xbox One, PS4
Rating: Everyone 10 and up
Content Descriptors: Mild Lyric

This is a karaoke game in which players can sing along to a variety of songs. Players are scored on how closely they match each song's pitch and tempo. Some song lyrics contain allusions to alcohol (e.g., “One two three, one two three drink/Throw 'em back till I lose count. . .Keep my glass full until morning light. . .”).

Touhou Genso Rondo: Bullet Ballet
PS4
Rating: Everyone 10 and up

This is a fighting game in which players choose from a selection of flying female characters to compete in one-on-one battles. From a top-down perspective, players shoot magical bullets and energy blasts to deplete opponents' life meter. Battles are frenetic and are accompanied by frequent laser-fire effects and colorful explosions. One still-image screen depicts a character holding a glass of beer and drinking from a sake bowl. The words “damn” and “hell” appear in the dialogue.

Awesomenauts Assemble
Xbox One PS4
Rating: Teen
Blood, Fantasy Violence, Language, Use of Tobacco

This is an action platformer in which players control cartoon characters through “capture the flag”-style battles. Players select from a large cast of characters (e.g., robots, aliens, humans, animals) and use blasters, machine gun turrets, swords, claws, and bite attacks to defeat enemies. Combat is highlighted by brief cries of pain, explosions, and gunfire. Human/animal/alien enemies sometimes burst into blue or red splashes when defeated; player's defeat is represented by red splashes staining the screen. During the course of the game, a handful of characters are depicted with cigarettes/cigars in their mouths. The word “sh*t” appears in the dialogue.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Spirit of Justice
Nintendo 3DS
Rating: Teen
Mild Blood, Mild Suggestive Themes, Mild Violence, Use of Alcohol

*this is a summary of an older Ace Attorney game but they are all the same idea.*
Players can solve puzzles, interact with characters/witnesses, present evidence during a trial, and deduce various mysteries. As players progress through the story, they can trigger cutscenes, some of which depict brief acts of violence (e.g., characters lowered into and/or set on fire, sword fighting against enemies). One still-frame image depicts a murder victim slumped over at a crime scene; small traces of blood are depicted on the body and pieces of evidence. The game sometimes depicts female characters in revealing outfits (e.g., large amounts of exposed cleavage); dialogue occasionally contains suggestive material and innuendo (e.g., “I like being on top” and “You have no idea how delightful it is when Foxy steps on us in her dirty stilettos…”). One character is depicted drunk, swallowing several drinks while swaying and slurring his speech.

Steins;Gate
PC
Rating: M
Blood, Language, Partial Nudity, Sexual Themes, Violence

This is an adventure game in which players follow a narrative involving a time-traveling character. As the storyline unfolds, players make choices that affect the direction of the game's dialogue and action. Some still-frame cutscenes depict acts of violence: a woman shot in the head; a character stabbed in the chest; a person strangled. Blood stains are depicted on characters' bodies and clothing. The game contains sexual material in the dialogue and as part of the central character's inner monologue (e.g., “You can rape her, and then just undo it with the Time Leap Machine,” "[S]he's a flat-chested girl, but still a girl nonetheless,” and “why not taste the same girl's virginity over and over again.”). In one sequence, two female characters are depicted inside a shower stall covering their breasts and pelvic area; one character's buttocks is exposed. The words “sh*t” and “p*ssy” appear in the dialogue.
