Dissidia Final Fantasy NT

(PS4)

Rating: Teen

Content Descriptors: Mild Language, Partial Nudity, Violence

This is a fighting game in which players compete with characters from the Final Fantasy universe. From a third-person perspective, players engage in three-on-three melee combat inside arenas. Players use weapon attacks and magic spells to drain opponents' health/life meters in frenetic combat. Battles are accompanied by explosions, light effects, and cries of pain. A handful of female characters wear revealing outfits that barely cover their breasts and/or buttocks; one creature appears to be nude—though her glowing skin obscures any discernible details. Swear words appears in the game.

EA Sports UFC 3

(PS4, Xbox One)

Rating: Teen

Content Descriptors: Blood, Lyrics, Mild Suggestive Themes, Violence

This is a mixed martial arts simulation game in which players fight against other real-world opponents in UFC-style matches. Players can use martial arts, wrestling, boxing, and grappling moves to cause opponents to lose consciousness or “tap out” from various submissions. Repeated strikes can cause opponents to bleed from cuts, causing blood to stain the mat. In between rounds, ring girls are depicted wearing revealing outfits as crowd members are heard whistling/catcalling. A handful of tattoo designs depict women with large amounts of cleavage. Some song lyrics within the game contain the swear words as well as references to drugs.

Lost Sphear

This is a role-playing game in which players assist heroes on a quest to restore a forgotten world. From a 3/4-overhead perspective, players use blades, crossbows, and magic spells to battle human enemies and fantastical creatures in turn-based combat; enemies generally disappear amid flashes of light when defeated. Boss battles involve more protracted combat and may be accompanied by mild explosions and cries of pain. Swear words appear in the dialogue.

The Inpatient 

(PSVR)

Rating: Mature

Content Descriptors: Blood and Gore, Strong Language, Violence

This is a VR horror game in which players assume the role of an amnesiac patient in an asylum. As players uncover clues to their identity and the reason for their institutionalization, they can interact with characters and make choices that affect the outcome of the story. Several scenes depict characters being attacked and mauled by a monster or shot by guards. In one sequence, a guard is seen shooting a wounded woman as she pleads for mercy. Victims/corpses are depicted with bloodstained clothing, and one room contains severed hands. Swear words appear in the dialogue.

This is a fighting game in which players compete in three-person tag-team battles using the characters and events from the Dragon Ball universe. Characters punch and kick each other while also using blasts/beams/balls of energy to defeat opponents. Battles can be fast-paced and frenetic, with frequent impact sounds, light effects, and cries of pain. Cutscenes also depict instances of violence. The game contains some suggestive material: a female character wearing a low-cut top that reveals large amounts of cleavage; character descriptions/tags. Swear words appear in the dialogue.

Monster Hunter: World 

(PS4, Xbox One)

Rating: Teen

Content Descriptors: Blood, Mild Language, Use of Alcohol, Violence

This is a role-playing game in which players assume the role of hunters as they explore and hunt for monsters in the New World. As players traverse various environments, they engage in quests and use swords, lances, and bow guns to hunt and kill their quarry. Battles are frenetic and accompanied by sword slashes, impact sounds, and large explosions. Some areas depict mass monster graves containing large pools of blood and blood-stained bones. In one of the game's environments, players' character may sit down at a table and drink mugs of beer; if players continue to consume alcohol, a drunk animation will appear. The words pissed off appear in the dialogue.

This is a fighting game in which players engage in one-on-one combat with a large cast of human characters. Players mostly punch, kick, and use special attacks to deplete opponents' life meters. Some characters use weapons such as claws and chains; some special moves are depicted in brief cutscenes with slow-motion, dramatic close-ups and opponent reaction shots. Combat is highlighted by cries of pain and frequent impact sounds. Several female characters are depicted in low-cut, form-fitting outfits that display large amounts of cleavage and/or buttocks. Female characters' breasts sometimes jiggle during character selection. Swear words appear in the dialogue.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth - Hacker's Memory

This is a role-playing game in which players assume the role of a Digimon tamer battling monsters in a futuristic Japan. As players explore a digital world, they interact with characters and engage in turn-based battles with monsters and human opponents. Players select attack moves from a series of menus to defeat enemies; battles are highlighted by impact sounds, occasional gunfire, depleting "hit points," and pink blood-splatter effects. Some female characters wear low-cut outfits that expose deep cleavage; one scene depicts a man patting another character's posterior, along with suggestive dialogue. An attack called “poop toss” allows characters to throw a pink “poo coil” at enemies; one large figure resembles a yellow poo coil. Swear words appears in the dialogue.

Kirby Battle Royal

(3DS)

This is an action game in which players assume the role of Kirby as he competes in a battle tournament in a king's castle. From an overhead perspective, players engage in various mini-games to accumulate league points and advance in rank. Players use an assortment of “cartoony” weapons to knock out opponents and defeat larger boss characters. Battles are frenetic and highlighted by cries of pain, smacking and slashing sounds, and screen-shaking effects. In a handful of games, players can fire missiles from cannons and shoot fireballs from armored vehicles.
